Webpeople like trolleys more than buses. there is something about rails that are more quaint. maybe if they were to hide the wheels and put a trolley bell on the bus, that it would feel enough like a trolley/LRT to make people happy. Often one chooses busses, another trolleys, and a third trams when they are small and disconnected. Then as they merge the challenge is to integrate all three systems. They emit double the noise pollution as Bio-fuel buses.
