Webb4 jan. 2014 · I noticed pin prick bruising/rash over my hands & arms 2 hours ago. It hasn't spread anywhere else. I am feeling otherwise well - no aches, pains or temp. The dots are red but not raised or itchy. They don't disappear with the glass test. Would pin prick bruising behave this way? Or do I need to be worried about meningococcal rash?
