WebDec 23, 2016 · 3 days/week, rest 3-5 minutes between sets. Increase the repetitions and drop two sets to 3×10. Increase the weight each workout as you move from: 3×10 to 3×7 to 3×4 over the course of a week. Reset to 3×10 the next week and then work back through the progression again. Rinse and repeat steps 1-3 for additional weight.
