PURPOSE The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines on preparing for, reporting, and responding to emergencies to ensure the safety and well-being of persons served. II. POLICY The company will be prepared to respond to emergencies as defined in MN Statutes, section 245D.02, Web1) Client/patient or caregiver(s) must demonstrate the use, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the equipment, and also basic safety procedures associated with the device. 2) Client/patient or caregiver(s) must sign all necessary Company paperwork. 3) Client/patient must have acceptable reimbursement source.
