Also get out your ohm meter and test the S3, if its good you should get 7 ohms on it. You need to use the guide from Fisher and be methodical about it. I disconnected the power cable to the plow and measured the voltage at the cable (truck side) when I press raise on the controller. Im only getting like 4.5v. I'm sure this should be like 12v.
