WebJun 2, 2016 · I'm not really concerned about the popping and cracking noises when I swallow, trying to see if the steam reduces symptoms like fullness, ear pain, dizziness, tinnitus etc. but I'm pretty sure clearing the ears up and loosening the sticky tubes would help with the constant popping as well.
