WebThere's a PDF file in the Creality download, for their Bltouch firmware. That's their official bltouch install guide. Anyway, the picture in that pdf is the opposite of the picture in your link. Or on the other hand your z endstop could be getting cross talk and or just registering prematurely and allowing your z axis to home at its current position, witch in turn just keeps going up.

Once it does that then you can lower it manually and adjust the z offset. If find it is to high in the air at that point let me know ill tell you where to adjust the code in marlin to allow more then 1mm on the offset.
